Women in Mae Sot still experience discrimination, lack of support, low self-confidence and discouragement to participate in male dominated sports hindering their physical and mental well-being. Empowering women to participate in sports is essential in order to tear down gender stereotypes and promote a more inclusive community.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Women Lead Project offers football training to migrant females aged 13 and above, creating a supportive environment for sports. This platform brings migrant girls and women together, promoting gender equality and raising awareness about women’s empowerment.
