One of the main objective of our progam is to develop futur leaders. An important part of this objective is to provide stable, rewarding and interesting paid positions for the right candididates within the organization.
At the moment, PlayOnside has 12 paid staff, working full or part-time. Nine of the staff are local staff, and as the program is expanding with more and more schools involved, and more and more different projects implemented in the local communities will look to give more and more opportunities to more and more local young leaders.
After all, they are the ones that will continue to improve their local communities for the foreseeable future
