LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Special thanks to HCTC for giving us the opportunity to apply the knowledge, experiences and to move forward together.
PlayOnside implements leadership programs with our collaboration organization the Hospitality & Catering Training Center, for a second consecutive year. We believe that when a new generation obtains these leadership qualities they can make a huge positive impact at home, school, in their community and work placement. They learned, sharing their thoughts, discussing and examining each leadership quality that will equip and empower them to lead at an extraordinary level. They learned types of strategies in leadership philosophy. It consists of the core principles, perspectives, and values, which will help to improve their personal leadership effectiveness, unlock their true leadership and lead with impact in their communities
PlayOnside built up a solid curriculum accordingly students need and specific target groups. The goals are to develop their leadership skills, improve self-confidence, be aware of gender equality, values, critical thinking, effective communication in a team, and strongly construct a sense of ownership. All these skills will be very useful for the success during their internships, and even after their internship, so we are happy to be a part of it.
